Thank you for this video! I was diagnosed with asthma by my PCP several years ago but because I’ve never understood it. If my breathing’s ok, I don’t take my meds/inhaler but the coughing is my biggest problem. I’ll now be more vigilant about taking my meds consistently. Thank You!!

dudes!!!! i smoke but i dont think i have astma or bronhitis!!! i use inhalers but i smoke cigaretes!!! it s not so bad!!! i think i dont have astma attacks only i m hard to breath 2 times a day!! but than i make inhalation and thats it !!! send me messege, what do you think???i have astna or smth. smaller!!!

One good way to help various kinds of asthma where you don’t have to take any medication or any kind of anything is the Buteyko Method of breathing that helps your lungs calm down a lot. It’s an excellent way to get the asthmatic symptoms calmed down.
