One of the big parts of my life as a personal trainer and fitness professional is research. This doesn’t necessarily mean doing the research myself, but it does mean reading it to ensure I give you the most effective way of training and get you your results in the fastest and best possible way.

    Hi awesome site you have going. I attend a Sydney Bootcamp and I am always searching for interesting information to email on to my fitness coach. He has a bootcamp sydney blog which you can read and check out some of the things we do and things to see down under :) If your ever in Sydney Australia, our main camp is in Pyrmont, which is close to the CBD. I attend a Sydney Personal Trainer and I am continually looking around for great sources of information and resources or training programs etc to pass on to my health coach.
