Simon Caddy Personal Training offers a unique on-line personal training system, which is like having me as your personal trainer at a fraction of the price.

I deliver a tailored personal training routine to your e-mail inbox, so you can view and do in the comfort of your own home (or take it to the gym) – at a fraction of the cost of me training you “1-2-1″ in real life.

My focus is on entirely on you. After completing a few forms online to tell me your goals and where you are starting from, I get to work on creating your workout. You will also receive access your workout online in a private members area, where you can read descriptions of how to perform the exercises, see pictures of the start and end positions of each repetition, and even watch a video of how to perform the exercise for best results.

Your personal training routine will be tailored to your level of fitness and flexibility.

It will progress each week so that as you get fitter, slimmer and more toned, it gets harder.

No two workouts will be the same, so you won’t get bored and your body won’t plateau.

As a personal trainer I am highly qualified and have over 10 years experience with many satisfied clients. I have trained everybody from children to octogenarians, pregnant ladies to overweight men and many in between!

I like to keep your workouts fun, but I will make you work hard to get results and keep you interested. I will make you tone up, lose weight and improve your fitness fast, while getting far better results for the time you put in than you have ever achieved before.

Because your program is tailored to you, this method of training is suitable for everyone, from those afraid of exercise to the truly athletic amongst us.
